Audio Driver/Device Problems

Hello, My name is Garrett... I am running Windows xp Home Edition 2003. I have an intel DQ965GFE Desktop board with an Intel Core 2 Duo Processor. 3GB of DDR2 Ram and standard floppy and DVD/CD Drives. And an Ati Raedon Video Card.
